#NewRelease In Love and War with Kimberly Rose Johnson

I’m so excited to share a new collection that I have a novella in with you. I was absolutely thrilled when my publisher approached me about doing a collection with these ladies. Each book as a reunion theme, and each stand alone.

In Love and War

Designed with Love
By Kimberly Rose Johnson

To save her fledgling landscape business, Jessie Morgan is determined to win an important design competition–even though her major competitors are ex-fiancé Brendon Jacobs and one-time best friend Scott Meyers. Tensions are high in the quaint town of Silver Springs, Oregon as neighbors and friends take sides. Will Brendon drive Jessie and Scott farther apart, or will they join forces…and find love in the process?

Lassoed by Love
By Miralee Ferrell

Lindsey Morgan loves her life–too bad she can no longer afford it. The exclusive boutique she managed recently closed. Ready for a new adventure, she accepts a job at a resort. What could go wrong working at a gift shop and laying by a pool during her off hours? What Lindsey didn’t expect was Steven Graham, her high-school crush showing up–as her new boss. Steven isn’t the shy, red-neck teen she’d known six years ago. He’s somehow morphed into a gorgeous, aloof, more refined man. Too bad he thinks she’s still the spoiled cheerleader he thought had snubbed him, but she’d change that assumption if it killed her–and with the new job description she’d been handed, it just might!

More Than Meets the Eye
By Trish Perry

Jensy St. Martin is not pleased when she recognizes the latest ad man to join the Washington, D. C. agency she has long considered her professional home. Phil Quinn was a cocky, love-’em-and-leave-’em type when they attended the same high school ten years ago, and she senses he hasn’t changed much since then. When the two ad designers are forced to work together on a campaign, Jensy learns more than she wants to know about the man, and his growing attractiveness becomes the least of her worries.

Hungry Hearts
By Debby Mayne

When Cameron Prater returns to Hyacinth, South Carolina, to open a restaurant a few doors down from his childhood sweetheart Melissa Shaw’s diner, they are both reminded of the fierce competitiveness that drove them apart. They even try to outdo each other while volunteering for a women’s shelter that their church sponsors, and they deny the fact that the sparks that brought them together years ago still zing. Can these two people put aside their rivalry–and their pride–and let their hearts take over?

I believe the book goes live today, but there is still time to get it at the discounted pre-order price. If you subscribe to Kindle Unlimited you can read it for free with that service.

Lydia Esh’s younger sister Emma is running wild during Rumschpringe, causing the family major heartaches. Although it means risking her reputation, her job as a schoolteacher, and her courtship with Jakob Zook, Lydia attends parties to watch over Emma and protect her sister’s virtue.

When Emma begins a relationship with Kyle, an Englischer, Lydia teams up with Kyle’s older brother, Caleb, to keep the couple apart. As Lydia and Caleb spend time together keeping an eye on their siblings, Lydia falls for this forbidden love. Will she stay true to her faith even if it means giving up the man she loves?

Excerpt from Change of Heart by Rachel J. Good

Lydia spent the night on her knees, agonizing in prayer, although she already knew God’s answer to the question. Could she accept His will for her life? When she rose from her knees at dawn to help with the chores, her mind and heart were as one, but a heaviness lay in her stomach as if she’d downed the cast iron skillet along with the griddle cakes. To succumb to her feelings for Caleb meant giving up something she had longed for from the time she was a child.

Her sacrifice was nothing like Christ’s when He went to the cross and bore the world’s sin. But she must obey her conscience, her church, her family. To stay true to her faith meant joining the church. And that meant forgetting Caleb. Why did doing what was right break your heart?

But now she knew how Emma felt, what had drawn her sister away from her faith. When Lydia had chided Emma, she had no idea how powerful the attraction to another person could be.

Lydia had always felt safe and secure around Jakob. His steadiness reassured her, and they had a wonderful friendship, but this … this … Lydia had no words for the magnetic pull that drew her to Caleb. The irresistible force that made her long to be with him. She only prayed it would fade in time.

Change of Heart can be purchased in both print and e-book at Christianbooks and Amazon.

#NewRelease Second Choice with Ginger Solomon

I don’t often chime in about the authors or books I tell you about here, but I had to tell you that I loved the first book in this series. It was very unique and as much as I read I seriously enjoy a story that grabs me and holds my attention to the end. One Choice did that for me.

The second book in the series is aptly named Second Choice. Here is the back cover blurb.

SecondChoice_500x750Set to be married in less than a month, Princess Anaya Vallis’s intended runs away, leaving only a cryptic note behind. Her father insists the wedding go forth as planned with a new groom. She has days to make a second choice.

Titus Vasco is like a ship without a rudder, floating through life without purpose. Until she calls. He accepts her proposal without hesitation.

But wedded bliss does not come easily. Two virtual strangers brought together by unforeseen circumstances must learn to trust each other and God’s plan for their lives in order to achieve the happily-ever-after they both long for.

Ginger 7 - brightenedGinger Solomon is a Christian, a wife, a mother to seven, and a writer — in that order (mostly). When not homeschooling her youngest four, doing laundry or fixing dinner, she writes or reads romance of any genre, some sci-fi/fantasy, and some suspense. She’s a member of American Christian Fiction Writers, president of her local writing group, and writes regularly for two blogs. In addition to all that, she loves animals, likes to do needlework (knitting, crocheting, and sometimes cross-stitch), and is a fan of Once Upon a Time and Dr. Who.
